sauteed shrimp, spinach ravioli, jalapenos, red onion, tomatoes in a gorgonzola cream sauce.
Come in and try it for yourself, it’s delicious! Gorgonzola (/ɡɔːrɡənˈzoʊlə/; Italian pronunciation: [ɡorɡonˈdzɔːla]) is a veined Italian blue cheese, made from unskimmed cow’s milk. It can be buttery or firm, crumbly and quite salty, with a “bite” from its blue veining. It’s the perfect flavor to mix with shrimp and pasta!
